Driving Directions to Palomar Christian Conference Center

Palomar is very isolated and there are NO gasoline stations nearby. Make sure to fill up before you drive
up the mountain. If you are coming through Escondido, the last place to buy gas is in Rincon. If you are
coming from the North, the last place will be in Pala.

If you are using a GPS to find us, make sure you DO NOT take Nate Harrison Grade. State Road/S6 is
the safest route to PCCC:

• From the I-15, take highway 76 East to the S-6 (South Grade).
• Take the S-6 North for 7 miles to where it intersects with the S-7 and turn left, then left again
onto State Park Road.
• Head west approximately 3 miles. You will then enter Palomar Mountain State Park where the
posted speed is 15 mph.
• Follow the signs for “Christian Conference Center.”

Be mindful of the posted speed and stop sign at the entry station. Be cautious of any park visitors
walking along the road and, of course, any wildlife that may cross the roadway at any given time.
Please note that the conference center guests are NOT required to pay the entrance fee to drive
through the park. However, you are required to pay day use parking fees when utilizing the parks
facilities (i.e. Doane Pond, Silvercrest Picnic Area, etc.).

Conference Center guests are also not allowed to post any directional or event signage in the park.
