Retreat Coordinator

Come be the first contact our guest group leaders have with Palomar! Without someone to book and schedule our retreats, we would have no campers on the mountain to minister to. Full-Time position.

Outdoor Education Instructor (Fall/Spring)

Join our Outdoor Ed team, teaching middle and high school kids about various aspects of nature while helping them see the awesomeness of the God who made it all!

Whether you're running activities like our zipline or archery range, lifeguarding at the pool, or making beds and washing mirrors, there's always something to do at camp!

Use your talents behind a camera to tell the stories of each week to camper's parents and record memories that kids will treasure for years to come!

Food Service

Help our campers stay energized and ready for their next activity by prepping, cooking, or cleaning up after our delicious meals!

Adventure Camp Counselor

Hike through the terrain of Palomar Mountain, sleep underneath the stars, and teach young boys how to survive in the wilderness while sharing the Gospel.

Horse Camp Counselor

Teach young and teenage girls life lessons and horse skills that they will remember forever! If you love horses, kids, and Jesus, then you're a perfect fit!

Horse Wrangler

Assist with caring for the camp herd! Responsibilities range from stable management to horse training to helping with the Horse Camp Program!

Horse Camp Head Counselor

Work one on one with our awesome Horsemanship Director to plan all camp program details, check in on the Horse Camp counselors, and fill in for counselors if needed!

Maintenance Associate

Our campers are able to connect to God the easiest when they feel safe and are surrounded by His beauty, and we need hard workers just like you to help us create that kind of environment!

Office Assistant

Be a welcoming face to provide customer service to our guests! Help run and prepare the gift shop, assist with office tasks such as scanning and answering phones, and learn to screen print T-Shirts!
